About Me
When I was just 4 years old, I remember pacing around my room entirely anxious. I was holding a plastic ring that I had gotten from a quarter machine. That ring symbolized my love for my preschool boyfriend, Coby. I wanted to write a letter telling him to give it to me when I was 18 so that we could be married. I was anxious because I was not able to write his name, let alone how to spell to marriage!
Needless to say, I’ve always been a romantic. However, in the last 6 years, I have also become a pragmatist. I’ve been studying psychology, interpsonal neurobiology, and ancient spiritual traditions to understand how to find and sustain healthy love.
I have a sincere wish to reduce suffering on this planet. I believe that healthy love relationships are one the greatest avenues for healing on this planet! When we feel safe, love, seen, and understood by another we can then go out into the world and make others feel this way too.
I have a Master’s in clinical psychology, am trained in Somatic Experiencing, Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Therapy, and EMDR. I am a certified yoga teacher, sound healer, and reiki master. I have studied attachment theory, the Gottman Method, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, sacred yogic sexuality and many more modalities that emphasize relationships.
I hope to help you heal any wounds that are preventing you from an open, loving heart. May all who seek it, experience the sacred beauty of holy union!
Beshert Love…
What is Beshert Love?
Beshert love comes from the Yiddish word "beshert," which means "destined" or "meant to be." In the context of relationships, beshert love refers to a soulmate or a fated connection—someone who feels destined to be in your life. It's often seen as a divinely orchestrated relationship, where two people are drawn together by something larger than themselves, fulfilling a deep, spiritual purpose.
Beshert love goes beyond chemistry or attraction—it's about a deep sense of alignment and mutual growth. This type of connection is believed to be preordained, meaning that despite life's challenges or timing, the two souls were always meant to find each other and form a lasting, meaningful bond.
For many, beshert love symbolizes not just romantic fulfillment but also spiritual alignment, personal growth, and the feeling of being truly seen and understood by another person.
